Instead of traditional wood framing, our homes use insulated precast panels and advanced modular construction methods to create strong, energy‑efficient shells. Structural components are precision‑built in a controlled factory environment, then shipped and assembled on prepared foundations.

Every home is:

Assembled on your site by trained U.S. contractors – your GC, a HomeAccess‑trained builder, or our in‑house installation team.

Backed by rigorous quality inspections of the home assembly, a 12‑month product warranty on the home, and ongoing HomeAccess support.

Coordinated to sit on foundations provided by your local GC or site contractor.
